Google Earth has a heavy competition with Bhuvan, which has been developed by Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) , On the other hand, Bhuvan, a satellite mapping application launched 2008 , needs to get over a step-by-step problem.
The department of space is expecting the Union Cabinet’s nod for the remote sensing data policy, 2011, that will be updated ISRO has the capacity to produce images that have resolution of upto 40 cm which is equal to the resolution of Google Earth ,smaller sized the resolution, the clearness of an picture is much better
