Bollywood Actress Sonam Kapoor Hospitalized: Sonam Kapoor was rushed to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Andheri yesterday. She complained of severe exhaustion and was also running a temperature.

The star was in Dubai to promote her forthcoming flick, Thank You. As soon as she landed in Mumbai on Thursday, she collapsed due to fatigue. She was immediately taken to the hospital where she was diagnosed with extremely high fever.Sonam's father Anil Kapoor says, "A hectic work schedule landed a fatigued and sleep-deprived Sonam in hospital.

After shooting round-the-clock for an endorsement, she jetted to Jaipur as brand ambassador for a luxury car. She then shot for the film Mausam, and rushed to Dubai for Thank You promotions."He adds, "On her return, she developed a high temperature and was taken to the hospital for a check-up.  Late in the evening, it was learnt that Sonam needed to be hospitalised. She needed complete rest. Sonam will be discharged from the hospital over the weekend."

Sonam's mother Sunita and sister Rhea are by her side. As reported 'So-numb' (Hitlist, March 21), the actress had taken ill due to a hectic work schedule. The star daughter had been working round-the-clock for months.

After a schedule of Abbas-Mastan's Players in New Zealand for a month, she returned to finish the dubbing of Thank You. She had been working for almost 16 hours a day to fulfill her work commitments. Last year Sonam had got typhoid and continued to shoot for her films which had led to a relapse.
