After doing experimental movies like Dongala Mutha and Appalaraju, Ram Gopal Varma is back to his basics! The filmmaker is gearing up for his next movie, which is based on a real life incident.
Ram Gopal Varma has confirmed that the movie is inspired by a real life story of former Kannada actress Mariah Monica Susairaj, whose beau Emile Jerome Matthew killed Neeraj Grover after he found him naked in his girlfriend’s bedroom in her Malad apartment, Mumbai.
After killing him, the couple chopped Grover’s body into pieces before disposing the body. However, the director has met many people, who knew Matthew and Grover, says Ramu. The bilingual movie has been titled Oka Prema Katha, which will star Mahi Gill in the lead role.
