Rajinikanth needs ‘more beautiful’ Deepika Padukone: Deepika Padukone couldn’t stop thanking her stars when she was signed for Rana opposite Rajinikanth. She especially arranged dates for the movie, and even walked out of the Housefull sequel. Deepika was supposed to start shooting with everyone’s favourite Rajnikant in Chennai. But the superstar has delayed the shoot for a week and has briefed his make-up team to give a new look to Deepika.
Pleasing Rajini Sir has turned out to be a tough job. Shooting of Rana will only commence once Rajinikanth is satisfied with Deepika’s stunning Rana look. And how she should look? As sources disclose to a tabloid, Deepika needs to look simple yet traditionally beautiful. Director K S Ravikumar now has to assure Rajini that Deepika looks the way he wants her to. Rana has the Tamil superstar in a triple role; Deepika is paired opposite the young Rajini.
