Sonakshi Sinha and Akshay Kumar shoot together for 'Joker': Another pic of Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha having fun on the set of Joker has been released! Tees Maar Khan director Farah Khan and her husband Shirish Kunder have decided to be the first movie makers to come out with one of India's first 3D films! Directed by Shirish Kunder, Joker started filming in February in Chandigarh and Ludhiana. The project stars Akshay Kumar and Dabangg actress Sonakshi Sinha with Shreyas Talpade in a supporting role.

Sonakshi will shred her Dabangg image and show off a new side in the movie. "Joker is going to be shot in 3D. I've always been fascinated by the technique. I remember as kids we used to watch 3D films like Shiva Ka Insaaf with those special glasses. Great fun to watch. Hopefully, it will be enjoyable to shoot. I can't wait to start shooting in January," she told reporters.

Joker started out as a superhero flick, in the same vein as Shahrukh Khan's Ra.One, but has now developed into a "human drama" according to director Shirish Kunder, who describes the movie as a "tale of underdogs fighting for victory, treated throughout with kick-ass humor and some sci-fi."
